Shipping & Return Policies
We endeavour to turn your orders around within in a couple of days of us receiving your order and payment.
Our orders are sent via Australia Post either in a Standard Parcel Satchel or an Express Post Satchel if you request on order. A 500-gram satchel will take up to 3 – 4 garments. If you are ordering more than 3 or 4 garments then we will need to use 2 satchels, in these instances, the postage costs will be extra and we will notify you prior to finalising your order.
Both Australia Post Standard and Express Post Satchels have a tracking ID number so they can be tracked. The tracking ID number will be advised to you
via email once the order has been dispatched so that you can track the Satchel’s delivery.
We post orders to International Countries via Australia Post Air Mail.
Deliveries to some countries will require additional shipping time.
Azur has no control over your countries customs charges and taxes. Please check with your authorities for what you can expect if you need to pay extra.
We offer a 10-day return policy on all new garments.
Items are returned at the customer’s expense.
If you receive your order and it is not suitable due to incorrect size the garment has been tried on over underwear:
- The garment may be returned to us for exchange.
- If a garment is returned for exchange it must be in ‘as new condition’ and not have been worn in any way.
If you are requesting an exchange then you must include a return satchel addressed to you so that we can post back the exchanged item to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Should the return or exchange occur due to a fault by our office then all postage costs will be paid for by Azur
